HORRIBLE feel so far

I merely got my Home Internet modem, and that is the but thing that is working equally I'd wait. This app is simply barely one step to a higher place useless. First, I use it on iPad, but there is no iPad version, so it's merely the phone version, which makes me remember I it's an old app that hasn't actually been updated in a while. Adjacent, the merely thing you lot can really practise is see the aforementioned info that is displayed on top of the modem. You can't even separate the two.4 and 5GHz networks, or set up up a invitee network, or anything like that, and it'southward non smart enough to know what most devices are, so you'll see them in the list but can't tell what's what.

The t-mobile Internet itself works great in my surface area. I find it to work better than both Comcast & Verizon, and it'south WAY cheaper without whatsoever hidden additional cost.
As for the APP...that is a whole different story! The APP is pretty bones, but it should notwithstanding be somewhat beneficial with checking connectivity to devices, speeds and making adjustments with connection /disconnecting or modifying internet command /schedule restrictions to specific devices. This APP seriously only works about xx% of the fourth dimension which is really abrasive! T-mobile needs to make this fix a priority or they will lose out on potential Cyberspace business that they are trying to expand on.
In my opinion, the severity of these inconsistencies when using the APP will most likely be a bargain-billow for a lot of people!

My experience

Having had TMobile net for over 6months now i can confidently give them five stars for Client Service because you get to speak with skilful everytime. The question I have has to practice with basic connection confusion. You should be able to connect the gateway that gives you the cyberspace to your phone without information technology request to connect to your network. If i accept a WiFi network, there will non exist any need for me to have TMobile internet in which case i look the gateway to constitute bones Internet connexion using my phone data with bluetooth non asking to connect to wifi network because at that stage i do not accept WiFi. I only need WiFi to share my internet with others. As a result of this my network is not a secured one. Something has to be done about that to make TMobile internet a perfect one. TMobile remains the best Network and fifty continue to recommend it to others.
